The train...

The view from the train looked like a movie scene of the French countryside with old farm houses. All the cows are white -very shabby chic. All of that beauty to take away the pain of the 10 minutes ordeal of getting ON the train! At the train station, they dot give you the platform number until about 5 minutes before the train arrives in the station. Then all 5 of us and all of our SHITE (that includes a car seat, a stroller, two huge rolling bags, a duffel bag, and about 7 carry-on's!) had to squeeze into an elevator, which of course woke up Sloane who started screaming. The train was there in a minute and then we had less than 2 minutes to get on (with all of our SHITE) and get all of it UPSTAIRS...all while Sloane was screaming and arching her back. But at least they had beer on the train and eventually everyone fell asleep!
